Making art free and accessible to everyone, Infecting the City is back for another creative instalment. The public arts festival promises jus under a week of performance art, dance, music, visual art and installations. Don’t miss out. Get infected today!

Cape Town Carnival (14 March)
VENUE: Fan Walk
Get ready for some Brazilian flair South African style as the annual Cape Town Carnival samba’s through the Mother City. This Saturday, spirits will be high and so will the floats the ride on by. Want in on the action? Then make your way to the Fan Walk in town. And you don’t have to be part of the procession to get in on the vibrant action. Dress to impress in the 2015 theme, ‘Elemental: Celebrating Fire, Water, Air and Wind. Think you can pull it off?
Absa Cape Epic (15 – 22 March)
The world’s largest timed race kicks off this Sunday! And while you may not have the legs for riding, you definitely have arms for cheering the cyclists on! Why not head down to ground zero in your hood and see the race first hand? The clever okes at the Absa Cape Epic 2015 have set up various spectator points for your viewing pleasure…
Cape Town International Jazz Festival (27 – 28 March)
“Africa’s Greatest Gathering” takes place for the 16th year in Cape Town in a couple of weeks! Forty of some of the world’s best musicians will be taking to five stages, giving jazz aficionados two days of performances. This year’s Cape Town Jazz Festival sees the likes of Amel Larrieux, Sipho ‘Hotsticks’ Mabuse, The Brother Moves On and Basia Trzetrzelewska joining the line up.
